Approaches used
PHC lists only the modalities a psychologist has told us they are trained in. Nabiha's profile gives their qualifications, their supervised clinical hours and the people they work with. It does not name a therapeutic modality, so this page does not name one either — a psychologist's page is not the place for a claim nobody can check.

Trauma and major life shifts
In Nabiha's own words:
"Offering unbiased, inclusive psychological guidance for people navigating trauma and major life shifts."
Two words in that sentence are doing most of the work. Unbiased and inclusive are a stance about who gets seen and how, not a technique — and for a great many people looking for a psychologist in Karachi, that is the first question rather than a secondary one.
Major life shifts is the other. A bereavement, a marriage, a migration, a diagnosis, a job that ends, a family that changes shape: none of these is a disorder, all of them are reasons people come, and PHC does not require a person to have a diagnosis before they are allowed to book.
Seven years in early years
Before this, Nabiha spent seven years as an early years practitioner, and is also a wellness trainer and a mental wellbeing advocate.
Their 3,500+ clinical hours are among the highest on the team, and the figure is published here for the same reason every other profile publishes one: it is checkable, and an adjective is not.
Sessions are 50 minutes, in clinic in Karachi or online. Which clinic and which times are confirmed when you book — psychologists are matched on speciality and presenting needs, not on who happens to be free.
You can ask for Nabiha by name when you send your details, and we will tell you plainly whether there is a slot and who else fits if there is not. Booking at PHC starts as an enquiry rather than a confirmed appointment: we come back to you by phone or on WhatsApp with a psychologist, a time and a fee, and nothing is charged until you have agreed to all three.
Everything on this page is general information about a member of our clinical team. It is not a diagnosis, not treatment, and reading it does not create a clinician–client relationship.
Speaking to someone starts here
PHC is appointment-only. Message or call and a real person answers — Monday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm PKT.
Not sure whether this is us? Contact us anyway. We will tell you directly whether we can help, and refer you elsewhere if we cannot.
Six details, and we can match you
- Name of the person who will attend
- Their age
- What is going on, in your own words
- Whether you would prefer a male or female psychologist
- Online, or in clinic in Karachi
- Whether the person attending is a minor or elderly
If someone else is paying, we will also ask for guardian or payer details. A slot is held once the booking payment is received — half the fee, at least 24 hours ahead.
